Arugula ‘soy’ Salad
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 Tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (wheat-free soy sauce substitute)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Mix the dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake and taste. Then toss into the salad.
