HCG Diet Meal Guide Day 1 - 10

Day 1

Good morning ...

I’m your e-mentor. I’m going to keep you informed, on track and help you get past any hurdles you face along the way. Today's the day you are going to start to get Skinny!

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

For about 70% of HCG dieters, every kilogram/pound you lose will be gone forever. If you faithfully stick to the HCG protocol and follow the suggestions I make along the way, you will most likely make sure you are one of the successful ones.

Here are the rules for P1 Weight Loss:

1. inject/take/apply your HCG daily till P1 Day 23

2. follow the protocol faithfully - only eat foods and drink beverages on the permissible list in the correct portion size and prepared according to the no fat, no oil, no sugar rule

3. weigh yourself naked every morning after going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything

4. record your weight online every day BEFORE you open up My E-Mentor

5. measure yourself at least every week to 10 days and record the results online

To the right you will find the daily log calendar. On today’s date click the links to log your weight as your Day 1 start weight. Then click measurement log. You might need some help taking some of your measurements - neck, bust/chest, midriff, waist, belly, hips, thighs, knees, calves, biceps. Input this data too.

Every day from Day 1 (today) until Day 23 inject/take/apply your HCG - morning application is most effective. You are using HCG cream, don’t forget to apply it after your morning shower.

So take/apply/inject your first dose/application of HCG now. Pop some clothes on and take 3 snapshots of yourself in the mirror - front, side and back. Load them into your profile too.

Now go enjoy yourself - a guilt free 2 day gorgefest !!

Eat all the calorie-dense fatty foods you like. This is essential so you don’t feel hungry during the first few days of Skinny Meals. We don’t want you to fall off the wagon before you get going so eat up - doctor’s orders!!

If you take prescription medication and have not already seen your doctor about doing the HCG Diet, now is the time to do so. Some medications have a negative effect on weight loss such as HRT, steriods, corisone. If a common side-effect of any

medication you are taking is to gain weight, this should raise a red flag. You may need to take a temporary break from it during P1 weight loss. If so, it is imperative that you seek your doctor’s expert advice first.

Good morning … Lets start the day by visiting My Profile weight log and record today’s weight as your Day 1 start weight. Switch to your measurement log. You might need some help taking some of your measurements - neck, bust/chest, midriff, waist, belly, hips, thighs, knees, calves, biceps. Input this data too.

Every day from Day 1 (today) until Day 40 inject/take/apply your HCG - morning application is most effective. You are using HCG cream, don’t forget to apply it after your morning shower.

Day 2

Good Morning...

How are you feeling today? Hopefully yesterday was a great day.

After going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything, weigh yourself naked. Go to Daily Log and record this weight as your P1 Day 2 weight.

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

Now do it all again... breakfast, lunch and dinner and a couple of naughty snacks. You are not dieting till tomorrow so pig out properly - eat all the calorie-dense fatty foods you can.

Pop out to the shops today and buy your Skinny food for the next few days. Plus if you haven't got them already, buy oil-free makeup (see permissible brands and products) and toiletries, a Teflon double pan, electronic food scales and a couple of boxes of plain grissini sticks, aluminum foil for oven poaching, a small Pyrex baking dish, at least a dozen little clip-lock containers for freezing separate meat portions and a packet of bamboo skewers for your Skinny Kebabs.

Shopping List for Days 3 to 7

When you shop, keep the fish head and bones as well as the prawn/shrimp heads and shells. Freeze them until you are ready to make Skinny Fish Stock.

When you get home, prepare your proteins (lean beef, veal, chicken breast, white fish, shrimp/prawns, lobster and crab if you buy it) into 100 g portions. Put them into individual clip-lock containers and refrigerate or freeze them.

Day 3

Good morning...

Today is your first day of dieting. You will eat just 500 calories today and every day until the end of P1.

After going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything, weigh yourself naked and record your weight in the Daily Log

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

You have gained a little - … kg/lbs - don't panic. It will all drop off in a day or two.

Drink lots of water, this is good for your kidneys (produces more diluted urine - wee-wee) and it will help with elimination through your bowels too (softer faeces - poo). Make a habit of drinking lots of water all the way through the diet.

You can also drink black, green and herb tea, coffee - no sugar though. If you can’t live without sweetener, Stevia is the only one that is permissible - BEWARE: some brands add sugar to improve the flavor, so check the label, make sure it really is sugar free.

  • morning injections/application of HCG until P1 Day 23
  • you will skip your injection/dose/application of HCG on the two heaviest days of your period
  • weigh yourself every morning after using the toilet and before eating or drinking anything
  • if you can’t produce a bowel movement before your morning tea or coffee, weigh yourself before eating or drinking
  • only eat permissible ingredients till end P1
  • 100g of protein; 1-2 cups of 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, 1 grissini stick or Melba toast
  • vary ingredients and use herbs and spices so you get as wide as possible an array of nutrients
  • weigh your proteins raw using metric electronic food scales
  • you can be a little under but not over the 100g mark
  • only eat lunch and dinner from today until end P1 - no breakfast or snacks
  • if you absolutely must have something to eat before 12 noon, take the fruit or grissini stick/Melba toast from your lunch portion
  • from today until end P1 don’t eat or even touch any fat, oil or cream or use oil or lotion on your face or body unless it is ‘oil-free’
  • no oil-based makeup, toiletries or massage till P2 Day 1
  • wear disposable gloves if you must prepare fatty food for the family
  • wash your hands immediately if you accidentally touch fat or oil etc
  • no alcohol from today till P2 Day 10
  • if you like the booze, don’t panic, the HCG will not only act like an appetite suppressant, but take away alcohol cravings too
  • no sugar, honey or other sweeteners till P3 Day 1
  • beware of chewing gum, medicines including cough mixture that contain sugar or sugar substitutes

Before you go to bed tonight, pull out a portion of chicken breast fillet and fish for tomorrow’s dinner.

Prepare Food in Advance

If you want to get organized for tomorrow, you can get your Skinny Chicken Waldorf cracking tonight. Once the steamed chicken cools down, you need to tear it up into little skinny strips with your hands. Skinny Chicken Waldorf is eaten cold as a salad with finely diced celery and apple. Don’t prepare the apple until you are ready to eat it though because once it’s cut it starts to go brown.

Day 4

Good morning...

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

If you really, really need some ‘breakfast’ you can have the fruit portion of your lunch. Don’t have the fruit portions of both lunch and dinner though.

Drink lots of water. Do some light exercise. Try walking or swimming. Don’t over-do it though. Strenuous exercise on the HCG diet can cause some muscle wasting.

Day 5

Good morning...

Stay on course, don’t cheat. Tell yourself, I CAN DO IT.

After going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything, weigh yourself naked and record your weight in the Daily Log

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

You should be feeling pretty good, by that I mean not hungry, moody or anxious. This is the amazing thing about the HCG weight loss program. In addition to taking off a very satisfying amount of weight each day, you (and those around you) will start to realize that you have what the FDA calls ‘an improved sense of well-being’ - that is you are calmer and less grumpy and have more energy than normal. That’s the opposite of most diets right?

So if you feel hungry, irritable or teary you had better check your HCG. You can do this by buying a pregnancy test kit. Put some of your HCG on it. If it comes up positive it’s real HCG. If not you need to get a genuine supply of HCG.

WARNING: Doing the HCG weight loss program without real HCG is dangerous. It will result in muscle loss inadequate nutrition due to no white adipose fat being released for supplemental nutrition hunger, fatigue, moodiness

If you didn’t gorge with gusto, you might be experiencing some hunger pains. These will peak tomorrow but taper off the following day, so hang in there.

You might be experiencing headaches as you start to detox from sodas and sugar. If so take the recommended dose of your usual painkiller - aspirin or codeine.

You will need to take a portion of chicken breast fillet and fish and fish stock from the freezer for tomorrow’s meals.

Prepare Food in Advance

The Fish Yum Spinach Soup is based on the Skinny Fish Stock recipe. To produce the Thai inspired ‘Yum’ you add lemongrass and a teaspoon of Braggs Liquid Aminos (substitute for soy sauce). It will taste better if you prepare it in advance.

You can make Strawberry Coulis in advance too. I suggest you use frozen strawberries. If you want to prepare several portions, count eight frozen strawberries per portion. When it’s done, divide the number of portions you have prepared evenly into individual clip-lock containers and freeze. Leave one portion in the fridge for tomorrow’s dinner.

Your Chicken Asparagus Roulade will taste better if you use the Skinny Vegetable Stock recipe.

Use non starchy vegetables only - celery, onion, and herbs such as oregano and thyme. DO NOT use carrot, parsnips or potato because it will cause you to gain weight - I’m not kidding. The HCG diet protocol is very sensitive.

2 1/2 L of water makes enough for 6 portions. Leave one portion unfrozen and separate the other 5 portions before freezing.

Day 8

Good morning...

After going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything, weigh yourself naked and record your weight in the Daily Log

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

Now this is a touchy subject - your bowels. How are they going? You should be moving your bowels at least every 2 days. If you are experiencing toilet trouble - not being able to do a number 2 - you might need to replace your grissini stick/Melba toast with 1 Tbsp of psyllium husk in a mince ball or patty meal or sprinkle it on your garlic shrimp/prawns.

This should get your bowels moving. Nevertheless, don’t forget there’s not a lot of food going in so don’t expect a whole lot to be coming out. Do you have time to see another slide-show? I can recommend Fiber slide-show.

Remember to drink lots of water because it helps your bowel movements, get some exercise and go to bed early.

Have you noticed that when you shop for you HCG meals you are buying less processed food? Most of it is probably fresh - meat, poultry, seafood, fruit, veg and herbs. This is the best way of shopping. The less processed food we buy, the less toxic chemicals - colours, preservatives, antioxidants, flavor enhancers, petroleum based emulsifiers, sweeteners and trans fats are in our diet. If we eat more organic foods we reduce the amount of antibiotics and hormones as well.
