Good morning ...

I’m your e-mentor. I’m going to keep you informed, on track and help you get past any hurdles you face along the way. Today's the day you are going to start to get Skinny!

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

For about 70% of HCG dieters, every kilogram/pound you lose will be gone forever. If you faithfully stick to the HCG protocol and follow the suggestions I make along the way, you will most likely make sure you are one of the successful ones.

Here are the rules for P1 Weight Loss:

1. inject/take/apply your HCG daily till P1 Day 23

2. follow the protocol faithfully - only eat foods and drink beverages on the permissible list in the correct portion size and prepared according to the no fat, no oil, no sugar rule

3. weigh yourself naked every morning after going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything

4. record your weight online every day BEFORE you open up My E-Mentor

5. measure yourself at least every week to 10 days and record the results online

To the right you will find the daily log calendar. On today’s date click the links to log your weight as your Day 1 start weight. Then click measurement log. You might need some help taking some of your measurements - neck, bust/chest, midriff, waist, belly, hips, thighs, knees, calves, biceps. Input this data too.

Every day from Day 1 (today) until Day 23 inject/take/apply your HCG - morning application is most effective. You are using HCG cream, don’t forget to apply it after your morning shower.

So take/apply/inject your first dose/application of HCG now. Pop some clothes on and take 3 snapshots of yourself in the mirror - front, side and back. Load them into your profile too.

Now go enjoy yourself - a guilt free 2 day gorgefest !!

Eat all the calorie-dense fatty foods you like. This is essential so you don’t feel hungry during the first few days of Skinny Meals. We don’t want you to fall off the wagon before you get going so eat up - doctor’s orders!!

If you take prescription medication and have not already seen your doctor about doing the HCG Diet, now is the time to do so. Some medications have a negative effect on weight loss such as HRT, steriods, corisone. If a common side-effect of any

medication you are taking is to gain weight, this should raise a red flag. You may need to take a temporary break from it during P1 weight loss. If so, it is imperative that you seek your doctor’s expert advice first.
