Now do it all again... breakfast, lunch and dinner and a couple of naughty snacks. You are not dieting till tomorrow so pig out properly - eat all the calorie-dense fatty foods you can.
Pop out to the shops today and buy your Skinny food for the next few days. Plus if you haven't got them already, buy oil-free makeup (see permissible brands and products) and toiletries, a Teflon double pan, electronic food scales and a couple of boxes of plain grissini sticks, aluminum foil for oven poaching, a small Pyrex baking dish, at least a dozen little clip-lock containers for freezing separate meat portions and a packet of bamboo skewers for your Skinny Kebabs.

When you shop, keep the fish head and bones as well as the prawn/shrimp heads and shells. Freeze them until you are ready to make Skinny Fish Stock.
When you get home, prepare your proteins (lean beef, veal, chicken breast, white fish, shrimp/prawns, lobster and crab if you buy it) into 100 g portions. Put them into individual clip-lock containers and refrigerate or freeze them.
