Don’t expect to stay today’s weight. It is within 1 kg of Day 23’s weight that you will be able to maintain.

Now you have been eating a healthier, even though much smaller than normal diet, it’s time to start thinking about giving your normal diet an overhaul. Did you know that sugar is more addictive than cocaine? You can pat yourself on the back because you have lasted 3 1/2 weeks without it.
