Tomorrow’s Meals
Day 30 lunch Skewer Garlic Shrimp/Prawns, Fried Tomatoes, Orange, grissini stick/Melba toast
Day 30 dinner Beef Onion Stew with Oregano and Thyme, Strawberry Coulis, grissini stick/Melba toast

Arrange My Fridge
You will need to take a portion of shrimp/prawns and beef steak or cubes from the freezer for tomorrow’s meals.

Prepare Food in Advance
Stews taste better if cooked the day before. If you have time prepare the Beef Onion Stew today.
Strawberry Coulis may be made in advance. I suggest you use frozen strawberries. If you want to prepare several portions, count eight strawberries per portion. When it’s done, divide the number of portions you have prepared evenly into individual clip-lock containers and freeze. Leave one portion in the fridge for tomorrow’s lunch.
