Good morning...

After going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything, weigh yourself naked and record your weight in the Daily Log

Take your HCG Application - Depending on method: Inject, Take or Apply.

If you really, really need some ‘breakfast’ you can have the fruit portion of your lunch. Don’t have the fruit portions of both lunch and dinner though.

Drink lots of water. Do some light exercise. Try walking or swimming. Don’t over-do it though. Strenuous exercise on the HCG diet can cause some muscle wasting.
