Set up your Timeline to Skinny

in Getting Started

Summary of instructions:

  1. On your initial log in as a Skinny-World Member you will be directed to the Skinny-World Welcome Page
  2. If you want to plan your HCG Diet program straight away, click “Timeline to Skinny” under the heading “HCG Weight Loss Tools”
  3. When the Timeline to Skinny calendar opens, select the length of program you want to do – 26 or 43 days
  4. Check the “Male” or “Female” box
  5. If you are a menstruating female check the “Yes” box
  6. Then input the date of the first day of your last period and the number of days in your menstrual cycle
  7. Once you are set, click the “start” button
  8. Your best days to start will be displayed in dark green
  9. Click on your preferred start day
  10. P1 calorie restricted Weight Loss days will appear in pink, P2 stabilization days in yellow and P3 Maintenance days in lime green
  11. If you are not satisfied with your selection you can try alternate start days by first clicking the “refresh” button
  12. When you are satisfied with your selection click the “Go” button
  13. The update weight page will open, Click the “Update Goal Weight” button and Add your “Starting Weight” and your “Goal Weight” and then click “Save”
  14. Your Skinny Profile page will open
  15. Day 1 is shown on the calendar with links to log your food, weight and measurements
  16. Links to log your data appear on each day. If you input your data daily you will keep it accurate.
  17. On Day 1 of your HCG Diet, log your weight and body measurements
  18. Click “Weight” and “Measurement” to add your data then click “Submit”

Visit the Timeline to Skinny calendar and select the length of your HCG Program – 26 or 43 days
