Log your Food
Summary of instructions:
Return to Knowledge Base Home
- Mouse over 'Weighing-In Tools' and click on 'HCG Diet Tracker', click the "Daily Log" tab
- Click the "Food" link on today's date
- Choose if the meals are for 'Lunch' or 'Dinner'
- Tick the Protein portion of meal, example Chicken, beef, Fish
- Tick the Vegetable portion of meal, Example
- Tick the Fruit portion of meal
- Choose the Bevarages consumed from the drop down menu
- Add the quantity of bevareges
- 'Click Submit'

Tick the Vegetable portion of meal, Example
Tick the Fruit portion of meal
