Log your Food

in Skinny World Diet Tracker

Summary of instructions:

  1. Mouse over 'Weighing-In Tools' and click on 'HCG Diet Tracker', click the "Daily Log" tab
  2. Click the "Food" link on today's date
  3. Choose if the meals are for 'Lunch' or 'Dinner'
  4. Tick the Protein portion of meal, example Chicken, beef, Fish
  5. Tick the Vegetable portion of meal, Example
  6. Tick the Fruit portion of meal
  7. Choose the Bevarages consumed from the drop down menu
  8. Add the quantity of bevareges
  9. 'Click Submit'
