Apple Ginger Pop
Ingredients - Makes 4 servings
- 4 Apples
- 200ml cold Sparking Mineral Water
- pinch of Cinnamon powder
- pinch of Clove powder
- pinch of Ginger powder
- 4 Paddle Pop sticks
Method
- Prepare a steamer with tap water
- Cut apples into quarters. Place them in the steamer and sprinkle with cinnamon, clove and ginger powder
- Bring to the boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 7 – 8 minutes till soft
- Put the steamed apple in blender – give it a quick blitz
- Mix with sparkling water
- Place the apple mixture in icicle containers with a paddle pop stick and freeze
- Serve when frozen
