Apple Ginger Pop

Ingredients - Makes 4 servings

  • 4 Apples
  • 200ml cold Sparking Mineral Water
  • pinch of Cinnamon powder
  • pinch of Clove powder
  • pinch of Ginger powder
  • 4 Paddle Pop sticks


  1. Prepare a steamer with tap water
  2. Cut apples into quarters. Place them in the steamer and sprinkle with cinnamon, clove and ginger powder
  3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 7 – 8 minutes till soft
  4. Put the steamed apple in blender – give it a quick blitz
  5. Mix with sparkling water
  6. Place the apple mixture in icicle containers with a paddle pop stick and freeze
  7. Serve when frozen
