Ingredients
- 4– 5 Asparagus spears
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chili flakes (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
- juice of ½ Lemon
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Steam the asparagus in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, strain and refresh in a bowl of iced water to stop the cooking process
- After a few seconds strain and place in a bowl
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a jar. Shake and season to taste.
- Toss together. Serve
