Baked Apple
Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- Squeeze of Lemon juice
- curl of Lemon zest
- pinch of Cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to moderate at 180ºC (350ºF)
- Core your apple and cut the top off to make a flat surface. Place the Apple in a pyrex baking dish with ¼ cup water and lemon juice
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until tender
- Serve warm with a little Lemon zest and Cinnamon
