Ingredients

100g lean Beef mince

1 Tbsp fresh Coriander, finely chopped

1 Shallot, finely chopped

1 tsp Garlic, minced

½ tsp Ginger powder

¼ tsp Chili, finely chopped (optional)

salt

pepper

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly then make 2 or 3 balls from the mixture
  2. Dry fry in a Teflon pan on medium heat turning to brown all sides

OR

  1. Simmer for 5 minutes in Skinny Vegetable Stock and serve as a soup
