100g lean Beef mince

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped

1 Onion, finely minced

salt

pepper

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
  2. Make one big patty
  3. Place in a Teflon pan on medium heat and dry fry browning on both sides

NOTE: P1 Skinny World Dieters can only have one vegetable per meal in P1. If you use Onion in the Beef Patty DO NOT add Tomato Mustard Sauce.
