Ingredients

100g lean Beef steak, cut into 2cm cubes

1 cup Skinny Vegetable Stock

1 Onion, cut into eighths

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Thyme

salt

pepper

Method

  1. Heat the onion, garlic in a saucepan with a little Skinny Vegetable Stock
  2. When the onion is translucent add the rest of the Skinny Vegetable Stock, beef, oregano, thyme salt and pepper. Cover with lid and simmer for about 6 – 7 minutes stirring occasionally
  3. Serve hot

NOTE: This recipe is best prepared the day before as the flavor improves overnight.
