Ingredients
100g lean Beef steak, cut into 2cm cubes
1 cup Skinny Vegetable Stock
1 Onion, cut into eighths
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
salt
pepper
Method
- Heat the onion, garlic in a saucepan with a little Skinny Vegetable Stock
- When the onion is translucent add the rest of the Skinny Vegetable Stock, beef, oregano, thyme salt and pepper. Cover with lid and simmer for about 6 – 7 minutes stirring occasionally
- Serve hot
NOTE: This recipe is best prepared the day before as the flavor improves overnight.
