Beef Patty
Ingredients
100g lean Beef mince
1 Tbsp Garlic mince
1 Tbsp Parsley (chopped)
salt
pepper
Method
- Mix the ingredients together thoroughly
- Make one big patty
- Place in Teflon pan on medium heat and dry fry browning on both sides
NOTE: Goes well with Tomato Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
2 Tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 tsp Mustard Powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp Onion Powder
pinch Garlic Powder
1 tsp white Vinegar
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and cook on stove top till tomatoes are soft.
- Puree in blender
- Serve with Beef Patty
