Prawn Cabbage Soup


  • 100g Prawns, de-veined and shelled
  • 2 cups Skinny Fish Stock
  • 2 cups white Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Shallot, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 sprig Tarragon
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Boil the shredded cabbage for a few minutes in the fish stock until it is soft but not completely limp
  2. Add the prawns, minced garlic, tarragon and salt and pepper
  3. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes until the prawns are done

 NOTE: Crab or lobster can be used instead of prawns.
