Ingredients

2 large Celery stalks, roughly chopped

200ml Skinny Chicken Stock

1 Tbsp Onion flakes

1 tsp Garlic, minced

salt

pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the garlic, onion and celery with a small amount of Skinny Chicken Stock in a pot over a low heat  for five minutes until soft
  2. Add the rest of the Skinny Chicken Stock and bring it to the boil. Cook for a further 10 minutes
  3. Transfer the contents of the pot into a blender and blend until smooth
  4. Serve hot or cold
