100g lean Chicken breast, cut into strips

2 Tbsp Skinny Chicken Stock

2 Celery sticks, cut diagonally

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 Tbsp wheatless Tamari OR Braggs Liquid Aminos ('soy')

salt

pepper

Method
  1. Put the chicken in a bowl. Add ‘soy’ sauce and a pinch of salt
  2. Put the garlic and celery to a Teflon pan with the chicken stock. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chicken to the pan. Cook a further 3 - 4 minutes until done
  4. Season to taste
  5. Serve hot
