Cottage Cheese in Grilled Tomato Flowers
Ingredients
- 100g Skim Milk Cottage Cheese
- 2 ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Shallot, finely chopped
- Basil garnish
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Cut the tomatoes into 'flowers' as in the picture. Place them under a pre-heated grill for 10 minutes
- Put the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl together with the shallot, salt and pepper. Mix well
- Put and equal amount of cottage cheese mixture in the middle of the tomato flowers
- Garnish with basil and serve warm
