Cottage Cheese with Tarragon and Parsley


  • 100g Skim Milk Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Tarragon leaves, finely sliced
  • Handful of Parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 long Celery stalks, cut to crudité sized portions


  1. To 100g of cottage cheese add the tarragon, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir through
  2. Serve cold with celery stalks

NOTE: Cucumber can be substituted for the Celery
