Fish Tomato Bisque


  • 250ml Skinny Fish Stock
  • 100g white Fish fillet (can substitute with Prawns)
  • Parsley, to garnish
  • 2 Tomatoes, pureed
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Simmer fish stock and tomato puree together. Do not allow it to boil as it will separate.
  2. Add fish pieces – simmer gently for a few minutes
  3. Serve with parsley garnish

 NOTE: Be careful not to over cook seafood as it continues to cook after the heat is turned off.
