Fish Tomato Bisque
- 250ml Skinny Fish Stock
- 100g white Fish fillet (can substitute with Prawns)
- Parsley, to garnish
- 2 Tomatoes, pureed
- Simmer fish stock and tomato puree together. Do not allow it to boil as it will separate.
- Add fish pieces – simmer gently for a few minutes
- Serve with parsley garnish
NOTE: Be careful not to over cook seafood as it continues to cook after the heat is turned off.
