Ingredients

100g lean Chicken breast

2 Tbsp Skinny Chicken Stock (optional, can substitute with water)

juice of ½ Lemon

2 Garlic cloves, minced

generous amount of cracked black pepper

salt

garnish with Parsley

Method

  1. Heat the chicken stock or water, lemon juice, and minced garlic, salt and pepper in a Teflon double pan
  2. Add the chicken and cook for about 6 minutes per side or until done
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve
