Ingredients

100g lean Chicken breast

1 Onion (quartered)

2 cloves Garlic, whole

pinch of Oregano

pinch of Nutmeg

pinch of Thyme

pinch of Cinnamon

1 tsp Basil, chopped

1 tsp Parsley, chopped

½ cup Skinny Chicken Stock

salt

pepper

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Teflon baking dish. Cover with foil
  2. Place in pre-heated oven at 220°C (430°F)
  3. Cook for 15 minutes then remove the foil. Bake for another 10 minutes until meat is cooked
  4. Serve
