Pan Fried Lemon Pepper Fish Fillet

Ingredients

100g white Fish fillet

2 Tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Parsley, finely chopped (optional)

salt

pepper

Method

  1. Place fish fillet in a Teflon pan on low heat with the lemon juice and parsley. Cook for about 3 minutes each side
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Serve with a salad
