Pantry Supplies

In order to produce P1 Skinny Meals you need to have the following kitchen equipment:

  • Electronic food scales
  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • 12 or more small cliplock containers to refrigerate or freeze 100g protein portions
  • Teflon double pan
  • Pyrex dish for baking
  • Double boiler steamer insert for steaming meat and stewing apples
  • Separate meat and vegetable cutting boards
  • Colander
  • Lettuce spinner
  • Bamboo skewers
  • Aluminum foil

Condiments and other things you will need on hand:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • White vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Shallots
  • Lemons
  • Limes
  • Chilies
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen spinach
  • Plain or salted Grissini Sticks OR Melba Toast (can be substituted for plain Water Biscuits - e.g. Carrs Water Biscuits
  • Tamari Sauce (wheatless), Braggs Liquid Aminos (wheat-free substitute for soy sauce)

NOTE: liquid aminos is an excitotoxin - excitotoxicity is a pathological process where nerve cells are damaged or killed through excessive stimulation by neurotransmitters such as MSG and similar substances. Long term use of Braggs Liquid Aminos is not recommended.
