100g lean Beef steak

cracked black pepper


  1. Season the beef fillet with a generous amount of pepper on both sides
  2. Place in a Teflon double pan on medium heat. Cook both sides to desired wellness
  3. Rare – about 1 minute each side
  4. Medium – about 2½ minutes each side
  5. Well done – about 4 minutes each side
