Skewer of Garlic Prawns
Ingredients
- 100g Prawns, peeled and de-veined
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
- Parsley garnish
- squeeze of Lemon juice
- 2 bamboo skewers
Method
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for about 10 minutes
- Rub the prawns with garlic
- Thread onto 2 bamboo skewers
- Dry fry in Teflon pan a couple of minutes each side till cooked
- Take off the heat and rest
- Serve with parsley garnish and a squeeze of lemon juice
NOTE: Be careful not to over cook prawns as it continues to cook after the heat is turned off.
