Ingredients
100g lean Beef steak, flattened with a mallet and cut into thin strips
50ml Skinny Vegetable Stock
1 Shallot, chopped
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander chopped
1 Tbsp wheatless Tamari OR Braggs Liquid Aminos ('soy')
salt
pepper
Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
- In Teflon pan on medium-low heat fry shallots for a few minutes with a little Skinny Vegetable Stock, ginger, cumin coriander, salt and pepper
- Add the beef strips and ‘soy’ and flash fry both sides - 30 seconds should be enough
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 1 minute
NOTE: Goes well with bok choy or cabbage
