Ingredients

100g lean Beef mince

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 tsp red Chili, chopped (can substitute with Paprika)

salt

pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
  2. Make 2 balls
  3. Place in Teflon pan on medium heat and dry fry browning on all sides

 

NOTE: Goes well with dry fried onion rings OR Tomato Mustard Sauce
