Stewed Apple with Clove and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 Apple, cored
- 4 - 5 whole Cloves pierced into the apple
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
Method
- Prepare your steamer with water
- Place the apple pierced with cloves in the steamer. Bring water to the boil. Steam for about 7 - 8 minutes over boiling water then, when soft remove from heat
- Put the apple on a serving plate, sprinkle with cinnamon
- Serve hot
