Ingredients

100g lean Chicken breast, cut into strips

1 - 2 cups Spinach

1 Tbsp water

1 Shallot finely chopped

½ tsp Ginger juice

1 tsp Garlic mince

1 Tbsp wheatless Tamari OR Braggs Liquid Aminos ('soy')

pepper

Method

  1. Dry fry the garlic, ginger and shallot with a splash of water on medium heat in a Telfon pan until aromatic - about 2 minutes
  2. Add the chicken strips. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes, turning occasionally
  3. Add the spinach, soy and pepper. Stir together till cooked
