Ingredients
80 frozen Strawberries (around 2 packs)
a little water
Method
- Defrost strawberries
- Place in saucepan with a little water and cook gently till soft (about 10 minutes)
- Allow to cool then blitz in blender
- Pour an equal amount of coulis into 10 small clip-lock containers
- Mark as ‘Strawberry Coulis’
- Freeze
