Ingredients

2 Tomatoes

handful of Mint Leaves

Sparkling Mineral Water

salt

Instructions

  1. Put the tomatoes and mint in a blender
  2. Pour into a long glass. Add chilled sparking mineral water. Season with salt
  3. Serve

NOTE: The tomato in this beverage constitutes your portion of vegetable for one meal. DO NOT eat another vegetable with the lunch OR the dinner meal the day you drink it.
