Once you pass the first two days of unrestricted gorging in P1, your HCG Diet menu will consist of lunch and dinner ONLY. At each of these two meals you may only eat P1 Permissible Ingredients which include four categories – 100g of protein, 1 – 2 cups of 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, 1 grissini stick or Melba toast. That will make up about 500 calories per day. Don’t panic though... Under the influence of HCG your body will metabolize your own unwanted body fat and use it for energy – about 2000 – 4000 calories of fat will be used per day. Together with the food calories you brain thinks you’re getting all the calories you need so you won’t feel hungry.
Beware, some doctors recommend 800 calories per day. If you want to lose weight you must stick to 500 calories. If you eat 800 calories it will result in weight gain!
You cannot have any fat, oil, butter, cream, sugar or honey not even a smidgen as this will result in weight gain too. The HCG Diet protocol is very sensitive. Strictly follow the program. Don’t eat anything ‘off-list’. It’s just not allowed – no chewing gum, no ‘zero’ calorie soda, not even a peanut. Be good, stick with it, when you see the Skinny in YOU it will be worth it.
